We’ve been making pies and baked goods as a family tradition for decades. Every recipe has evolved through the years from the creative mind of Red Barn’s proprietor, Evelyn Penza.
Penza’s Pies have been reviewed in The New York Times, featured on the Food Network, and awarded Best of Jersey, Best of The Jersey Shore, and Best of Philly for multiple years.
The Penza Family started The Red Barn in the 1980s as a small farm and market. Through the decades Evelyn has grown the market into a bustling cafe and bakery, while her son continues the farming tradition.
